How Does it Work?

After you sign up for Portal Sync the Datawarehouse.io User Panel for Portal Sync will be unlocked. From there you can configure, start and stop your sync.

Each Sync from one portal to another is a distinct record in the User Panel allowing you to have granular control over which data syncs between portals. Portal Sync is able to sync data bi-diretionally but it does so in a loop and not directly. This allows for more fine tuned control over what data syncs between the portals.

A few examples of how this works in action are as follows.

Sync Leads from the parent franchise portal to each of the franchisees portals. Then Sync seals created from those leads back into the parent portal for consolidated reporting.
Push new pipelines and sales workflows from the parent account or a staging environment to the franchisees portals
