Datawarehouse.io syncs your HubSpot data into a dedicated Azure SQL database. You then connect Power BI to that database using the built-in Azure SQL Database connector, select your tables, and build reports. Supports Power BI Desktop, PowerbI Online, PowerBI Gateway, Microsoft Fabric.
Your sync frequency depends on your plan: Lite syncs every 24 hours, Standard every 6 hours, Advanced every hour, and Max every 15 minutes. Standard, Advanced, and Max users can also set their preferred sync time.
