HubSpot Schema Replicator

Our Self-Service HubSpot Schema Replicator copies your HubSpot Schema/Setup from one portal to another. This version of our HubSpot to HubSpot Portal Migrator application does not migrate data. It only copies the schema of a HubSpot portal from one to another. An example of a Schema in HubSpot would be all of your Contact Properties, but not your contact records.

Please note that at this time we cannot replicate the following schemas, the “Roll Up” type of calculation properties, custom call/meeting types, workflows, reports, and dashboards. We will be able too as soon as authorized and secure public APIs are made available for those schemas.

How do I start using the app?

To use the HubSpot Schema Replicator, click the Get Started button at the top of this page. If you do not already have a free datawarehouse.io account you will be prompted to create one or log into your existing account. Then revisit this page and click the Get Started button again.

After clicking Get Started you will be re-directed to the apps authorization page. From here you need to authorize your Source and Target HubSpot portals. The source is where your Schemas will come from. The target is where they will be copied too. Once you have authorized both portals click continue.

How do I complete a Schema Replication?

Once you arrive on the next step of the setup screen you will be prompted to select which object schemas you want to replicate. Select as few or as many as you would like. And when you are ready to initialize your schema replication click the continue to checkout button.

After you fill out the checkout form and submit it, your schema replication will automatically start and you will receive email notifications as the process goes on. Most schema replications only take a few minutes to complete so you can get up and running rapidly!
