Schema & setup only
Copies your configuration — properties, pipelines, workflows, forms schema, and settings — not your contact, company, or deal records.
Portal Migration Suite
Copy your HubSpot setup — properties, pipelines, workflows, and settings — from one portal to another. It replicates your schema only: no records, no data.
What is the HubSpot Schema Replicator?
The HubSpot Schema Replicator is a self-service app that copies your HubSpot schema — the properties and configuration of a portal — from a source portal into a target portal. A schema is things like your Contact Properties, deal pipelines, and workflows; it is not your contact records.
It is ideal for standing up a new portal, preparing for a data migration, syncing a developer sandbox, or keeping parent and child portals aligned. You can re-run it whenever your configuration changes without limit.
Copies your configuration — properties, pipelines, workflows, forms schema, and settings — not your contact, company, or deal records.
The app only reads from your source portal. Your source portal is never changed by our application.
Keep your sandbox or child portal in sync with your source.
Recreates every property, pipeline, and custom object in the target for you — no exporting and re-importing settings by hand.

What schemas can be copied
The Schema Replicator can copy the following data types from one HubSpot portal into another.
Not currently replicable: “Roll Up” calculation properties, custom call/meeting types, reports, dashboards, and individual campaign email records. We will add these as secure public HubSpot APIs become available. See the setup guide for details.
To use the HubSpot Schema Replicator, click the Get Started button at the top of this page. If you do not already have a free Datawarehouse.io account you will be prompted to create one or log into your existing account. You will then be directed to where you can start your free trial!
When setting up a replication in the user panel you will be re-directed to the apps authorization page. From here you need to authorize your Source and Target HubSpot portals. The source is where your Schemas will come from. The target is where they will be copied too. Once you have authorized both portals click continue.
Once you arrive on the next step of the setup screen you will be prompted to select which object schemas you want to replicate. Select as few or as many as you would like. And when you are ready to initialize your schema replication click the save and return to user panel button.
You can use the app on demand in the User Panel as often as you would like with no limits! Most schema replications only take a few minutes to complete so you can get up and running rapidly!
We have extensive support documentation that can be found here. We recommend you read it before proceeding.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the HubSpot to HubSpot Migrator?
The Schema Replicator copies only your schema and setup — properties, pipelines, workflows, forms schema, custom objects, and settings. It never moves records or data. The Migrator moves both your schema and your data.
Is this a subscription?
Yes. It is billed monthly or annually, so you can replicate your schema on an ongoing basis and keep a target portal's setup aligned with your source. Cancel anytime.
What exactly gets copied?
Properties for contacts, companies, leads, deals, tickets, and line items; deal, ticket, lead, and custom object pipelines and stages; workflows; forms schema; custom objects and their properties; association labels; engagement properties; currencies; campaigns; and folders.
What can’t be copied?
“Roll Up” calculation properties, custom call/meeting types, reports, dashboards, and individual campaign email records can’t be copied yet — they require secure public HubSpot APIs that aren’t available at this time.
Will my source portal change?
No. The app only reads from your source portal. All schema is created in the target, so your source configuration is never modified.
How long does a run take?
Schema Replications typically only take a few minutes.
Do I need to be a Super Admin?
Yes — you must be a HubSpot Super Admin in both the source and target portals to authorize the app.
Is it secure and GDPR compliant?
Yes. The app is GDPR compliant and processed in the EU, access uses HubSpot OAuth, and it does not store your data.
All Datawarehouse.io apps are fully GDPR compliant. Depending on where you are in the world, your data will be processed and hosted in Microsoft Azure’s EU West or North American data centers.
